About You
You’re an experienced contracts and procurement professional with at least five years in Transport & Installation (T&I) contracting roles, ideally within the offshore wind or large infrastructure sector. You have a solid background in contracts administration, business, accounting, or a related discipline, with hands-on experience in international procurement processes, market analysis, tendering, and compliance.
You’re confident using procurement and ERP tools such as Ariba, MBC, AGORA, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and you have a knack for managing suppliers, contracts, and commercial risks. Organised and detail-focused, you thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment and can work seamlessly with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across various geographies.
 

About the Role
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end contracts and procurement activities for the Transport & Installation of Foundations (FOU) and Inter Array Cables (IAC) across multiple German offshore wind projects.
You’ll take ownership of both pre- and post-contract management, including bid assessments, commercial evaluations, supplier appraisals, claims management, and performance monitoring. You’ll ensure contract compliance, mitigate commercial risks, and deliver supplier performance through effective KPIs.
Your responsibilities will also include:

• Coordinating with finance, legal, planning, and insurance teams.
• Managing variations, payments, and contractual obligations.
• Driving best practice in procurement and contract management processes.
• Using procurement systems and tools to manage supplier data, pre-qualification, and purchase orders.
• Supporting internal and partnership approvals, due diligence, and contractual strategies for future expansion.
