About You

You’re an experienced professional with 5–10 years’ background in managing service provision contracts, tendering processes, and HR/administrative support within large-scale projects. You thrive in complex, multicultural environments, can manage multiple priorities at once, and consistently deliver high-quality results under pressure. Fluent in English and French, you’re autonomous, methodical, and discreet, with excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. You’re also highly proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables) and other MS Office tools.

About the Role

This role supports the Suriname Project team on Technical Assistance Services (TAS) and Human Resources activities. Reporting to the TAS Lead, you’ll coordinate tendering, contract award, and management of TAS contracts, while also supporting HR reporting and administration. You’ll handle commercial evaluations, negotiate contracts, prepare renewals/amendments, and ensure compliance with project procedures and confidentiality of HR data. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery of project support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organizing and managing TAS tenders, evaluations, and negotiations
• Drafting and managing TAS contracts, renewals, and amendments
• Supporting HR & Administration with reporting, mobilization processes, and data management
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
• Ensuring strict confidentiality of HR-related information

This is a 1-year renewable contract based in the Paris area, France with a start date ASAP.
