About You
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of project planning and scheduling in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You thrive on structure, precision, and collaboration, and enjoy bringing clarity to fast-paced project settings. With a solid technical background in engineering, construction, or project controls, you’re confident in using scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to build, monitor, and optimize project timelines. You have excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is an advantage) and enjoy coordinating between teams to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
About the Role
As a Scheduler, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects in the Stockholm region. Working closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams, you will develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases — from planning through execution and close-out.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and updating detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Tracking progress, analyzing variances, and identifying potential delays or risks.
- Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to maintain accurate schedule data.
- Supporting project reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement (including earned value).
- Preparing schedule updates and reports for project management and client stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of planning and control processes.
This is a role based in Stockholm, supporting energy transition and infrastructure projects with a strong sustainability focus.
