About the role

The team in Point Celeste, LA is seeking a Principal Engineer, Electrical. This individual will report to the Director, Electrical Engineering and will be responsible for developing and advancing the Ready for Operations (RFO) activities, which ensures a seamless transition of the facility from the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) to the operations phase.

About you

The ideal candidate is an electrical engineering subject matter expert with a deep understanding of motors, transformers, and switchgear. They must also be familiar with relevant industry codes and have a strong working knowledge of general Oil & Gas plant equipment.

In addition, the role requires providing intermediate-level Reliability Engineering support to the Operations team. This includes leading Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) exercises and applying Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques to enhance existing maintenance strategies for improved cost-effectiveness and safety.
