About the company
The client is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, their modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
About the role
The Planner reports to our Planning team and is responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating projects schedules. The position can be assigned to one or multiple facilities as well as specific initiatives for business studies or process development responsibilities.
About you
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering discipline preferred) or equivalent experience in LNG project engineering and/or construction industry
- Experience: 3+ years of site construction planning / scheduling
- Demonstrated success in proactively improving processes and systems
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and with individuals and groups from different disciplines, industries and governmental agencies.
