About You
You’re a commercially savvy procurement professional with a passion for technology and an eye for value. With 5–10 years of experience in indirect or IT procurement—ideally within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors—you bring strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You’re confident working across hardware, software, licensing, cloud, and professional IT services categories and have a proven ability to deliver cost-effective, compliant sourcing outcomes.
Your background includes a degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, and you may hold a professional certification such as CIPS or ISM. You thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and are adept at using ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.
About the Role
As the IT Indirect Procurement Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for the company’s IT-related goods and services. Your role will ensure that best-in-class procurement practices deliver optimal value, quality, and risk management across categories such as hardware, software, telecom, and IT consulting.
You’ll:

Lead sourcing strategies, RFPs/RFQs, and contract negotiations.

Partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions.

Manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance.

Contribute to category management, cost optimization, and digital procurement transformation initiatives.
This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence operational efficiency, cost performance, and the company’s broader IT strategy.
