About You

You’re a commercially savvy procurement professional with a passion for technology and an eye for value. With 5–10 years of experience in indirect or IT procurement—ideally within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors—you bring strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You’re confident working across hardware, software, licensing, cloud, and professional IT services categories and have a proven ability to deliver cost-effective, compliant sourcing outcomes.
Your background includes a degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, and you may hold a professional certification such as CIPS or ISM. You thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and are adept at using ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.

About the Role

As the IT Indirect Procurement Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for the company’s IT-related goods and services. Your role will ensure that best-in-class procurement practices deliver optimal value, quality, and risk management across categories such as hardware, software, telecom, and IT consulting.
You’ll:

  • Lead sourcing strategies, RFPs/RFQs, and contract negotiations.

  • Partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions.

  • Manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance.

  • Contribute to category management, cost optimization, and digital procurement transformation initiatives.

This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence operational efficiency, cost performance, and the company’s broader IT strategy.
