HSSE Manager

About the client
The client is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, their modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

About you
The successful candidate needs a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety (or equivalent like CSP/CIH) and 10 years of HSSE management experience, preferably in an LNG facility, including emergency response and investigation (with certification like TAPROOT). Key skills include strong leadership, delegation, communication, and prioritization to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You must be proficient in Advanced Excel, possess broad regulatory knowledge, maintain a TWIC card, and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting 25 pounds and working in extreme environments while wearing PPE.
