With excellent project management skills and bilingual proficiency in English, you are confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring messages are delivered effectively across platforms.

About the role

As Communications Support within the Exploration Department (E&P), you will work closely with the Head of Communication to ensure the success of internal and external initiatives. You will be responsible for:
 

• Project management of departmental events such as townhalls, seminars, and webinars.
• Content design and production, including branded templates, logos, newsletters, and multimedia elements.
• Message relay across all communication channels to support visibility of projects and initiatives.
• Supplier coordination, managing relationships with external partners supporting communication activities.
• Event preparation, including developing specifications, requirements, and overviews.
• Feedback analysis, through post-event surveys, reports, and recommendations.
• Regular reporting, providing updates on the status of communication projects and events.

Your expertise in project management, event organization, and corporate communication will help strengthen engagement within the department and enhance alignment with broader organizational objectives.
