About the Project
This offshore development project, located in South America, involves both shallow and deep-water reservoirs. The scope includes the lease and operation of an FPSO, as well as the design and installation of subsea production and injection systems.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced URF QA/QC Lead to oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards across all phases of the UFR (Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines) package: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve the UFR Contractor’s Project Quality Plan and quality-related documentation, including inspection and test plans, component certifications, sub-assembly/assembly records, and vendor documentation.
  • Monitor and verify implementation of the contractor’s quality management system, ensuring alignment with project-specific quality requirements.
  • Identify any gaps between standard contractor procedures and project expectations, and propose corrective actions where necessary.
  • Coordinate quality activities at manufacturing sites, fabrication yards, and critical sub-vendor facilities, with support from local supervisors/inspectors.
  • Manage the preparation, finalization, and distribution of Quality Dossiers, including all required certifications and Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) associated with item deliveries.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the oil and gas industry
  • At least 10 years of experience on large-scale offshore or UFR-related projects
  • Strong technical understanding of UFR equipment and associated quality requirements
  • Proven ability to manage QA/QC activities across multiple international sites and vendors
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
