About You
Looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Topside) to join Client’s Stavanger team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing maintenance programs, ensuring asset reliability, and supporting offshore operations through robust maintenance and integrity practices. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
Looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Offshore Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, inspection, or asset integrity management of topside structures.
- Proven experience with digital asset management tools such as Integral, ix3, or AVEVA Asset Information Management.
- Strong understanding of structural integrity, corrosion control, and topside lifecycle management principles.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance strategy development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore.
About the Role
- Perform consequence analysis, criticality assessments, RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), and FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).
- Develop, update, and optimize preventive (PM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs and routines.
- Evaluate spare parts requirements, review maintenance documentation, and ensure data quality and completeness.
- Engage with equipment vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and implement improvements.
- Maintain and update CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, WorkMate) with accurate maintenance data.
- Ensure compliance with NORSOK Z-008 and ISO 14224 standards in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate closely with offshore operations, engineering, and project teams to enhance maintenance planning and execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation in asset management.
