About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to support and strengthen a corporate social services department through the provision of employee assistance and social support services.
Based primarily at the company’s headquarters in La Défense, you will deliver on-site assistance to employees, addressing social, personal, and workplace-related matters with discretion and care. You will also work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to promote employee well-being and a supportive work environment.
Regular office hours will be held either at the La Défense headquarters or in a dedicated office space within the area of intervention (La Défense or Nanterre).
About You
You are a qualified social work or employee assistance professional with excellent interpersonal and listening skills. You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing sensitive issues within a corporate environment.
You bring:
- A degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience providing social or employee assistance services within an organization.
- Strong interpersonal and mediation skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with HR and operational departments.
- Fluency in French (English an advantage).
