About the Client
The client is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, their modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
About the Role
As the HRIS Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the company’s Workday Human Capital Management system. In this position, you’ll act as a key technical and functional partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and optimal system performance across all Workday modules. You’ll serve as a backup administrator for modules including Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits, while managing configurations, integrations, and reporting to support ongoing business needs. This role also involves participating in system testing, audits, and process automation initiatives to streamline HR operations and improve the user experience. About you
You are a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS professional with a passion for optimizing systems that enhance the employee experience. With at least five years of HRIS experience and two or more years of hands-on Workday configuration, you understand the importance of maintaining data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless integrations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy serving as a go-to resource for HR and business teams. You are equally comfortable troubleshooting system issues, building reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Your strong Excel and Workday reporting skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex information clearly, make you a trusted partner across departments. Above all, you bring a customer-focused mindset, curiosity to learn, and a drive for continuous improvement.
