About the Client
This large-scale blue ammonia initiative represents a major step toward advancing the global energy transition through low-carbon fuel production. Designed to capture and permanently store over 90% of CO? emissions, the project integrates proven technologies to produce blue ammonia for both domestic and export markets. It will support regional economic growth by creating high-value jobs and attracting investment while helping decarbonize hard-to-abate industrial sectors. About You
You are a seasoned Contracts Manager with at least 15 years of experience supporting major downstream capital projects within oil and gas, LNG, or petrochemical sectors. Your background includes working on the Owner’s team and managing large EPC contracts with leading international contractors. You bring a deep understanding of U.S. and international contracting frameworks, commercial terms, and project finance principles. Skilled in negotiation, risk mitigation, and contract administration, you thrive in fast-paced environments requiring strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail. Your strong legal, commercial, and technical acumen allows you to bridge project execution with compliance and financial readiness.
About the Role
As the Contracts Manager you will oversee all contractual activities through the FEED and Pre-FID phases, ensuring seamless progression into EPC execution. You will lead contract negotiations, manage ITT processes, and coordinate with FEED contractors, vendors, and legal teams to align all agreements with project and regulatory requirements. The role requires proactive management of contract deliverables, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation to support FID milestones. You’ll serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring commercial integrity and project bankability. This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing one of the Gulf Coast’s leading clean energy initiatives.
