About the Role
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert for Gas Turbines, focusing on large, complex energy and power plant cases rather than project execution alone. This position may also involve acting as an expert witness in engineering and construction disputes, making your ability to translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations a key success factor.

About You
You are an experienced leader with a deep understanding of power plant operations, gas turbine equipment, and the maintenance side of major projects. Your background likely includes time with companies such as GE, Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Alstom, where you’ve been hands-on in plant construction, commissioning, or operations. You may have held roles such as Plant Manager, Plant Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Senior Field Engineer, or Service Manager – positions where you were responsible for getting critical issues resolved and ensuring equipment reliability. You are comfortable reviewing technical data, leading root-cause investigations, and advising on corrective actions. With a minimum of 20 years of industry experience (including at least five in a management role), you bring both the technical credibility and the leadership presence required for a high-impact consulting role. A Professional Engineer license and membership in industry associations are strongly preferred but not required.
