Location: Paris Office (Home office 2days /week possible after a period of 3 months)
Client: Engineering contractor
Contract duration:12 months
 
Profile:

• Experience as Senior Technical Safety Engineer for an Engineering contractor in Offshore O&G FEED projects: 10 years minimum
• Language: Fluent English – Good written and verbal communication

 
Scope:

• Will work under the supervision of the Discipline Lead Engineer
• Will prepare all documentation related with the project scope (refer to typical deliverable list)
• Will be involved in the Safety studies & the HAZID review

• Must be autonomous

• Scope of Work for Safety studies:
• Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA)
• Evacuation Route Analysis study
• Emergency Systems Survivability Assessment study (ESSA)

• Reviews (Preparation, Participation and Reports):
• HAZID
• HAZOP for Fire water pumps   
  Knowledge:
  • Standards:        Applicable regulations, codes of practice, international standards including 4^th revision of EI15, NFPA 10 to 16, NFPA 2001, IEC 60079
     Experience with Perenco or in Brazilian project will be a plus
  • Software:          PHAST (PIPENET will be a plus)
  • 3D Model:         Familiar with 3D model viewer software Autodesk – Navisworks
