Role:- Full-time contract

Our client is leading multi-discipline engineering company specialising in contracts across all project phases – from concept development and studies to completion and commissioning.
They offer various services covering operations, maintenance and modifications of oil and gas production facilities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).

The role

  • Develop interface drawings (Boundary) in accordance with defined Comm./MC structure
  • Create Commissioning and MC structure
  • Establish and write system testing procedures
  • Create a completion and interaction strategy, including testing and handover
  • Carry out commissioning activities offshore
  • Perform redline mark-up and master update during commissioning
  • Participate in FAT/follow-up of subcontractors
  • Develop handover dossier (RFCC/RFOC)

As part of the Commissioning team, you will get to work on both study and realization assignments. You follow the projects from planning in the study phase until equipment is installed and tested on the platform.
You will work closely with other disciplines and at the same time have support and collaboration in your own discipline.
Some travel must be expected, both to verify equipment with the supplier before it is sent to the base, and offshore when equipment is to be tested and handed over to the customer.

Experience

  • MSc/BSc within the relevant discipline, or a relevant diploma
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within project work
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from the oil and gas industry
  • Good multidisciplinary understanding / good technical understanding

  • Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
