About You
You are an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Oil & Gas EPC contracts (minimum 7 years). You thrive in complex, high-stakes project environments and can balance technical expertise with strong commercial awareness. You are confident in managing claims, counterclaims, and measurable dossiers, while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels. You bring proven skills in cost control, risk management, and contract administration, combined with fluency in English (mandatory), good command of French (highly recommended), and ideally Italian. You excel at working under pressure in fast-paced environments and are adept at delivering results through collaboration and transversal coordination.
About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor on a large-scale refinery transformation, you will play a key role in cost and contract management during the construction phase.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and validating contractor’s submitted dossiers.
- Estimating, verifying, and anticipating quantities to ensure accurate cost and material planning.
- Managing change requests, measurable dossiers, claims, and counterclaims.
- Overseeing subcontractor work, valuations, and payment processes.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Advising on risk management, value engineering, and cost-control strategies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on execution schemes and contractual matters.
- Contributing to lessons learnt and knowledge sharing for future projects.
This is a site-based role only – remote or teleworking arrangements are not possible.
