About the Client
The client provides subsea operations and marine engineering solutions, delivering offshore services across SURF and marine construction markets.

About the Role
The Structural Engineer will:

• Perform structural engineering and design related to sea fastening, installation aids, and subsea permanent structures
• Produce structural engineering documentation, including drawings and reports for fabrication and design
• Provide technical input for vessel design, including deck strength and load capacity assessments
• Follow up with subcontractors on fabrication of equipment and installation aids
• Contribute input to dynamic installation analysis when required
• Attend vessel mobilizations and offshore trips as necessary
• Mentor junior colleagues and support knowledge sharing within the team

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5–10 years’ experience at a senior or principal engineering level
• Strong background in SURF and marine operations
• Demonstrated experience with sea fastening and installation aid design
• Solid understanding of structural codes, standards, and class requirements
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, welding, and testing
• Ability to act as Package Lead, managing subcontractors and engineering deliverables
• Comfort working in high-pressure tender environments with a pragmatic and experience-driven approach
